Become a Business Partner Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the T4E Become a Partner program. In this agreement, the term “you/your” refers to you (the referring user), the term “user” refers to the user being referred and the term “T4E” and “We” refers to Training for Employment Ltd., with whom you are entering this agreement. By using the T4E Become a Partner program you are confirming that you have read this agreement and agree to our terms and conditions.

General Terms

• You refer a user to attend one of our training programmes. We will make contact with them.
• If the user goes ahead (books and attends the course) we will notify you via email.
• Upon receiving payment from them, we will pay you 10% commission. Commission will be paid to you within 30 days from the date we receive the user’s payment.
• If we are unsuccessful in contacting the user, you will be notified via email. You will be allocated a unique reference number. The user will have 30 days from the day we notified you to make a purchase using your unique reference number for a commission to be awarded.
• You cannot refer yourself
• We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and without notice
• For you to earn a commission, the user must complete their purchase and remit full payment for the product.

Refunds

In the event a user requests a refund for a course purchased, you do not qualify for the commission.

Term and Termination

We retain the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without notice.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available courses, commission rates, and program rules.
