Step 1: E-Learning (Completed Online at Your Own Pace)
Once booked, you will get instant access to the e-learning course, covering all the theory you need including legal obligations, risk assessment, PPE requirements, hand signals and vehicle safety management. Work through it at your own pace, in your own time, before your centre visits.
Step 2: 90-Minute Centre Session (In-Person Practical & Final Testing)
Your centre visit is focused entirely on assessment and hands-on practice, not re-covering theory you have already learned. You will complete your final knowledge assessment, practise hand signals with an instructor and complete your practical vehicle-guidance assessment, all within a single visit of up to 1.5 hours.
This means less time away from site or work, without cutting corners on the practical training that keeps people safe around moving vehicles.

Assessment
Your centre visit covers two assessed elements:
Final Knowledge Assessment A multiple-choice assessment covering the course content, current legislation, safety signage and signal regulations, completed using your Final Assessment Workbook. Results are provided on the same day.
Practical Assessment Hands-on demonstration of correct hand signals and vehicle-guidance technique, assessed directly by your instructor at the centre.
Your Certification
Once you have successfully completed the e-learning, final knowledge assessment and practical assessment, you will receive:
- A digital Certificate of Completion, issued promptly after your centre visit
- A printed Photo ID card, confirming your qualification as a Traffic Marshal and Vehicle Banksman

Courses are non-refundable 24 hours after booking; a full refund is available if you cancel within that window.
